Hi,
Just got the TransGo shift kit, My question is what setting should I put it on, I'm also gonna get the superchip switch chip, to help firm things up and get some mor hp. Thanks

What do you have? Truck, engine, tranny and all.
Look for my post on my recent install. I've got a 4R100 in an Expedition. Mines out beyond the "3rd" or "highest" setting. I've heard with the 4R70W you may get a much greater difference so I'd ssay start low and work you're way up. For about $8 in new ATF each drop, it's not that bad to tweak it some instead of going too much right off the bat.
