To find out what tranny you are looking at, look at the data sticker in the door. If the Trans is a "U", it is a 4R70W. There are very few 4R100's in F150's, unless you have a California-spec truck or a Lightning. As for the seat material, I'm afraid you're stuck with that. Hope this helps. Later!
