Check for codes with a scanner that can read Ford transmission codes.

You replaced the torque converter twice for no forward but has reverse?!?!?! What kind of twisted logic came up with that? The torque converter doesn't know if the trans is in forward or reverse, it does the exact same thing in forward and reverse. There is no way your problem could possibly be the torque converter.

Your problem is a failed transmission. Take it out (again) and this time either replace it or rebuild it.

It's not a direct interchange, but as I said in one of your other threads asking about a 2007 transmission, it should work if it's out of a new body style 5.4 4wd, but may need some minor mods. Please stop starting new threads on this issue.
