I just installed a remanufactured engine and transmission in my 2007 F150 5.4L 4WD. Engine fired right up. However, I had to install a new shift cable as I broke the original when removing transmission. I had to adjust in order to get truck to start while in Park. However, I can't seem to get the transmission to engage any gears. Floor shifter moves fine, but the truck does not move. Any thoughts as to what I may need to check?

Check that the lever on the side of the trans actually moves when you move the shifter. Also, check that there is enough trans fluid.
