I have Park, Reverse, and Neutral. NO FORWARD GEARS AT ALL! Whet it broke down, I was driving in town. Had power all the way to the stop light. Light turns green, and nothing. I shunted it down into 1 and tried coming up all the way to drive and I have nothing. I was in town but I was on a major highway (Hwy 40) and couldn’t move. Once I put it into Retreat, I had full power for reverse but, nothing for forward gears. Does anyone have any ideas? I checked my gender neutral shifty juice and it’s full up.

 

Have you tried manual 2nd? Assuming this is a 4R70W (code U on the doorjamb). Pretty sure you are looking at a rebuild.

 

I'm more than pretty sure you're looking at a rebuild. If park and reverse work and no forward gears work, the trans had a mechanical failure inside. Stick a fork in it, it's done.
