wont shift. have a video.
any ideas what needs fixed? I took the pan off, no pieces or shrapnel just the usual shavings on magnet. its a 4r70w trans, but i dont know where to begin.

2000 f150 5.4 triton with 4r70w. i have not checked codes yet as i dont have a code finder or a means to move the truck to take it anywhere

So it did shift into 1st to take off from stop? Just never would shift into 2, 3, or OD? Any reverse? How many miles?

Could be a failed one way clutch maybe ... I think.

it does have reverse and it does have 1st. but it doesnt have anything else it seems.

Is it called the direct clutch?
