cant angage park

driving through heavy snow, has anybody had problems shifting into park ??
going to dig out under and try to look

hoping its just snow packed

I've seen transmissions get snow packed to where they wouldn't engage into park. Obviously, that was before I moved to Florida.

You probably have snow and ice packed up where the cable connects to the lever.

Hopefully you didn't bend anything if you hit ice in the snow.

Best thing to do, is get under the truck and quickly take a look.
