2003 f-150
Is the wireing the same for a 4R70W 1996 mark Vii transmission to the F-150 2003 4R70W

Do you know what needs to be changed or if it will even work for a swap?

Will the transmission for the 2006 f-150 that has a 5.4 motor work in my truck?

2006 would have a 4R75

It will not work.

No.

You need a 1999-2003 F-150 transmission that is from the same drive system as yours (2wd or 4wd). If it's 2wd, some car transmissions from the same year group should work.
