2006 f150 4.2 v6 trans upgrade???
My transmission is going out nearing the 400k mark. What trans am I able to upgrade to the existing motor ,direct Bolt and harness if possible?

Direct bolt and harness would be another 2006 4.2 F150 transmission only. Get yours rebuilt.

Very good on the mileage on the 4.2l. The transmissions owes you nothing -- like glc said, get it rebuilt.
