Lost 1st and overdrive
2004 ford f150 5.4 triton 4x4
i got high centered on a terrace in some soft dirt .. got pulled out but then my truck was stuck in 4 low .. so i pulled the actuator motor off the the transfercase and manually put it in 2 wheel drive put it all back together and now the OD light is flashing amd it says TRANS FAULT on the message screen and i dont have 1st or overdrive !!! Any help would be appreciated
