2010 4.6, 6r80 transmission

Bought my first Ford a few months ago and have put 13,000 miles on it, now has 121,000 miles on it and I'm having a problem from shifting from 1-2 at about 40 mph. It shutters like I'm going over endless train tracks. What do y'all think it is?
I'll be honest, this being my first Ford. It may also be my last.

Not an expert on transmissions, but I would change the fluid first.

Buying a vehicle that has over 100k miles on it and expecting no problems is a little optimistic. They sell new trucks with warrantys for folks who want to minimize their problems.

You may need new spark plugs, that sounds like a low grade misfire.
