Need real time help.. stranded.
I am a Ford collision tech and I can't reach anyone..my 2002 f150 is stuck.. shift on fly wouldnt engage 4wd.. tried flipping the vacuum actuator manually with no luck.dropped it separate
and tried.manually no luck...I'm spending the night here if I can fix it. Thanks

Tbonham27 - sorry to hear of your troubles. I deleted the two other posts you created because duplicate posts can lead to confusing responses that waste your time and cost you money.
It's not clear to me why you are immobilized. Are you stuck in snow or mud? If so, and you can't get it into 4WD, can you rock it out? Can you create traction with branches or similar items?
If none of this is possible, can you call AAA or a similar service? I'm sure a towing company could help you.
