2003 5.4 rough trany

I have a 2003 f150 supercrew 5.4 aperntly it got a rebuilt trany just before I bought it. But randomly it sifts hard and I don't like it . What may it be? Only does occasionally when I bring it over the 3000 rims

You need to get it scanned for codes. The places that read codes free CANNOT read Ford transmission codes. You need either a good independent shop or a Ford dealer.
