Trans issues I think

I have 2008 f150 4x4 5.4 crew cab 160xxx miles I've had it bout four months noticed it shuddering at light throttle between 40-50 mph so got some shudder fix like many times before pour in today on way back to work when I came to a stop acted like it was gonna stall revved up went back to normal let sit few hours drove 30 miles home still had shutter actually seemed worse when got home and put in park bogged down sounded horrible like was knocking revved up went back to normal no codes has me scratching my head it almost acts like the convertor stayed locked up and bogged my mother down and advice ? Thanks

That's not a transmission issue - the light throttle shuddering at 40-50 is a low grade misfire, you need new spark plugs and/or one or more coils.

Even though it on shudders when convertor locks ?

Yes. The shudder is a misfire.

Now that you have thrown additive in the trans, get the fluid exchanged.

Now I'm getting a p0345 cam sensor code and after driving and come to idle it knocks and runs horrible rev it up and comes back down runs perfect ? Andy clue ???
