1993 f 150 with E40D tranny, lately its been trash with shifting. It doesn't rev high, but the shifts are very harsh and it falls out of gear quite often. The downshifts are starting to be noticeable now, like the gears are sticking or something. Replaced the fluid and filter about 1100 miles ago, and it was all clean. No metal shavings, no gritty feelings, nothing. Randomly it will have prefect shifts that aren't even noticeable. 1-2 is very rough, and 2 through 4 feel like a double shift, almost making it feel like it's only in 2nd for 1 second, and then 3rd for another, giving the illusion of a 6 speed transmission. It's very conserning at this point, as the shifts are getting unbearably rough. Also my gauges for oil always reads low, and the battery Voltage is always high.
