Help me id these transmisions

Hi I have a 04 f150 4X4 5.4
I have no reverse in the truck currently and I'm trying to figure out what trans is in the truck so I can run to the junkyard and pick up a used unit

This is the code on the transmission
3L3P 7000 LA FDF2

And this is the code on the transmission I'll be trying to purchase
6L3P 7000 EB FFX0

Is there any transmission experts here that could tell if that transmission will work in my truck?

The one you are looking at is from an 06 5.4l 4x4

Should be a direct swap.

Most likely a 4R70W. Look on the door jamb sticker, a 4R70W is code "U".

That transmission should actually have come out of a 99 4.6L 2wd truck.

Regardless, that's a 4R70W.

Hey guys, im new here and also new when it comes to working with ford vehicles.
im from south america and we usually only get ford rangers but a relative bought 2 ford f150 5.4l v8 and both with transmission issues.
The transmissions are equal but i cant identify them completely, i asume they are the 4r75e but im hoping you guys could help me out with that.
I just read about the door sticker so thats one thing ill still have to check.
The code on the passenger side of the trany states
3L3P 7000 LA FDF2
PKF-DF2
Please and thank you for any help.

Okey thanks Glc. Any Rebuild kits that are recommended or any that someone should avoid? Im guessing in oe of the 2 trannys the reverse band is broken but ill do a complete rebuild and i was thinking on going with the master rebuild kit from transstar or rebuild kit from Remco. Any ideas if theyre good or not?
Thank you.

I just checked the papers and it says 2006 ford f-150 XLT Triton 5.4l. it is imported from the States to Py and it is possible that they modified the documents.
I still believe its a 4r75e, i read somewhere that 2004 and up the 5.4l all had the 4r75e right.
thanks

Rebuild kits are all the same for 4R70/4R75. I recommend these people, he's a forum member (Darrin Burch) and does top quality work:
