Front wheel drive f150

Hello, I am new to this site. I have had my 05 long box extended cab f150 for 4 years now. it has 300 000 km on it and the hanger bearing went 6 months ago leaving me driving my wife's truck. for the last week I have had to pull the rear shaft from my truck and drive in front wheel drive ( not recommended I know) this morning it left the driveway fine and about a km down the road the front wheels stopped pulling the truck along. the speedo reads movement but the truck remains stationary. thankfully I have a new rear shaft on its way today but I'm back in a dodge. any ideas why there is no movement in my front wheels?

thanks in advance,
Mike

See if the front driveshaft is turning or not. If it isn't, it's a transfer case problem. If it is, it'll be a problem in the front diff.

Or the IWE system.
