Transmission slip problem

I've got a 99 F-150 with a 4.6 automatic 2wd. It's got 226k miles. The fuel pump went out on Thursday so we loaded it up on a trailer and took it to a place to work on it. When we got everything back together and I was driving home, I was noticing a little slippage. It's worst with rolling stops. I would have the RPMs at 2000 (typical accelerations for me) but I'd have the acceleration of like 1200 RPM then it'd grab after about 2-3 seconds. I also notice when coming to stop, it would downshift rather hard going from 2 to 1. It'd push the RPMs up like 150-300 higher than usual. It almost feels like a tranny brake like on the f250s. Lastly, say I'm driving along at 40 mph in 3rd, when I let off the gas it makes and little clunk. It does it too when I hit the gas again. I'm not really sure what the best route to go here would be? Should I try the Lucus Oil Transmission Fix as a temporary fix until I can afford to rebuild it myself?
