07 Trans Leaking Into Transfer. Seal Help

07 KR 5.4 4X4 auto with 230000 miles

The transmission is leaking fluid into the transfer case. Has anyone changed the seal themselves? Are there any special tools needed? Does anyone have pictures or part numbers of what is needed? I can do most things myself however have not done one of these before. Thank you

How bad is it leaking? My truck leaks a little because when I changed the transfer case fluid it was overfull by a little both times. I'm not worrying about mine.

that is excessive. I don't have any knowledge on repairing that problem though.

there is no seal on the back of the transmission on 4wd models. there is only the input seal on the transfer case. This seal installs from the inside of the Tcase and requires the case be split and the new seal be installed from the inside.
