Grinding noise while in 4x4 hi

I am looking for advice.

My 2007 F150 XLT a grinding noise when under load in 4x4.
I have replaced both IWE, solenoid and vacuum hose six months ago. My IWE were shut and I had a vacuum leak.
Now, I get about 20 lbs of vacuum and the IWE are disengaging.

But when I engage the 4x4, I have a grinding noise and shake from the front passenger side as if the gear are not meshing together. No grinding in 2wd.

When the truck is jack up, the IWE seem to engage and disengage properly, the wheel is turning free on 2wd and do not turn is the truck is not running or 4wd switch is on.
Is the hub shut or diff. Issues?

Jack up that side where the grin noise is and try to shake the wheel side to side, You may need a new wheeel bearing????
