Bought a 2006 f150 55k miles 2wd with bad trans, no forward gears. Went thru trans with atsg manual in hand. Forward clutch was burnt and OD band cracked with scorn marks on drum. Replaced all clutches, od band, reverse drum from 2001 4r75w and checked all seals. Reinstalled trans and noticed sluggish engagement in drive. Shifts all gears up with slight 2-3 flare, when you turn overdrive off it tries to downshift and neutralizes, manually downshift to 2nd and shift it back to drive with overdrive off it will shift to 3rd and hold with no problems. The other issue I noticed is that if I manually shift it from 1st to 2nd it flares until I let off the throttle and then it will shift to 2nd. Line pressure at 55-60 idle, up to 140-150 accelerating, Direct drive pressures are the same(only 2 I checked). Tore trans back apart and all clutches with in spec, 1-2 accumulator good, 2-3 accumulator good. went thru complete valve body, no problem found. reinstalled trans with same issue. I am at a lost, any help would be appreciated, Thank you

There was no 4R75E in 2001, just 4R70W and 4R100.
