Same question

I have a 2010 f150 4.6 with the 4r75e and its completely blown. So I’m swapping it out and I have a 2008 e250 5.4 that has the same transmission (4r75e) and want to make sure it’s gonna be a direct bolt on with no issues.

I've got a 2010 F-150 4.6L with the 4R75E trans in it. It started slipping on take off. I've flushed it out and put a new filter in. I was told it was probably just the torque converter. The Trans in it now is rebuilt 45,000 miles ago and 6 months out of warranty. I only have 160,000 miles on the truck. Seems like the 4R75E is not that great. Or Jasper transmission and engines can't build a transmission right. I'm hoping it is only the TC if not do the f150's with the 6r80 hold up better?

The 4R75 is a decent transmission. I don't think the 6R80 is any better.
