Which fluid for m5od?

Going to change my manual trasmission fluid soon. Should I use royal purple or something like a high mileage fluid? 69k miles.

It sweats a little bit in the rear, but I opened the fill plug and fluid ran out so its full.

What do you recommend?

Thanks, I'll probably go with royal purple. I've also seem a lot of people saying stuff like redline mtl is a good choice. Any thoughts on that?

My transmission shifts smoothly. Just feels its time to change the fluid.

Do not use MTL, you have an ATF transmission. MTL is gear lube.
