Last night I decided to take my 1998 F150 4X4 mud bogging because I put new tires on it. This morning I noticed that it wouldn't shift into 2nd until it got up to around 4000 rpm and would not shift into 3rd. Also I noticed that transmission fluid was leaking from the hole in the bottom of the bell housing. I know the front seal is bad now. Even after I added more transmission fluid it still went through the gears the same. I want to fix this myself. What have I done and how can I fix it?
