2010 screw 4.6 3v 6spd auto

Notice hard clunk downshift as I approach stop or start to move from stop in normal driving. anyone else experience this on 2010 or later with 6spd auto?

There may be a TSB on that, see your dealer.

ok I have asked them about the problem and they told me it is normal. Dealer won't touch anything unless a trouble light is on. I have driven vord trucks since I got my liscense and am a loyal brand customer but this 'clunk' is annoying.Dealer says it is due to TCS system and the transmission somewhat disengages when at a stop with brake on.

Try a different dealer that cares more about customer satisfaction. Sounds like yours is too lazy to even look up TSB's.

Ok thanks. Yesterday I did go to official Ford site That has a tool to search TSB's by vin number and saw nothing except a inside door handle notice.
