tranny question/ problem

I need help or info please. Alright I am a GM owner until now. I recently just bought a 2011 f150 supercrew xlt. Here is my question or problem. I have never had any problems with tranny shifting but now with this ford I feel like I am having alot of problems. I feel the truck shifting constantly. Is this normal? It is always shifting and it feels like it is trying to catch itself. When I have it in cruise it does it also. I am not sure if it is because of the 6speed transmission or what. Is anyone else having these issues or I am just not used to the tranny?
Thanks in advance

I dont have a new F-150, but given the fact that 6th gear in the new trans is the same as 4th in the old, I would say it should be shifting alot more often. If you believe it is excessive I would bring it back to ford.

Might also want to see if there is a new SW load available for the PCM. That could help.

Good luck.

thanks I am going to ford today for replacement taillights anyways I was planning on bringing it up. I figured I'd ask on here first to see if anyone else was having the problems!
