Transmission Warranty?

Does anyone happen to know what the warranty period is for a Motorcraft remanufactured transmission?

My transmission was replaced in June of 08 at 51k miles. I'm at 35 months, and 55k miles on the new tranny, and seem to have problems when the transmission shifts into overdrive. When the rpm's drop after it shifts into overdrive 40-45 mph, the rpms drop to about 1000 rpm. When giving it a little gas it seems to jerk quite a bit.

I found two warranty statements 36 month/100k miles, and a new 36 month/unlimited mile.

Regards!

The warranty should be 3yrs and unlimited miles.

Either way, it's 3 years, and you better get it in before the end of the month.

Update...

Took my truck in for the trans jerking at low rpm's in OD (40-50 mph @ 1200 rpm range)...Under warranty until the 23'rd of this month.

They are replacing parts inside the valve body (check *****)? Supposed to get it back today?

Regards!

Well I got my truck back today...check ball in valve body wasn't the fix (TSB 09-20-14). They tore into it a bit further and found that pesky snap ring had broken into several pieces. They replaced it, and 10 quarts of ATF. Seems to be good now.

Regards!
