Tranny

So I finally pulled my tranny knowing I needed to replace my 1-2 shift fork and when I pulled the cover find another surprise.

1-2 shift fork sheared clean

Gears torn up

Now I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to fix this or just get a zf6 now like I was planning on doing later. Any suggestions??
Thanks

That's a mess!

I thought the weak link in a M5OD-R2 was the input shaft.

Yea I know and I wasn't expecting anything like that!! When I drained it there weren't any chunks and there was a little bit of metal shavings, but I figured that cause of the shift fork.
