Transmission down shifts hard
Hello all I have a 2002 F150 4.2 V6 auto trans not sure what model.
When I'm driving let's say between 50 and 55 and I coast down a grade
as I lay on the gas to go up the hill it down shifts to a lower gear which is
fine but it slams in kinda hard to the point where I'm kinda babying it
up the hills so it dosent down shift. Has anybody have any clues what this may
be and also some fixes, there are no dash board warning lights on so I'm
just asking for some advice thanks
