Fluid pouring out.....

We have an 05 Expedition, Eddie Bauer model with a 5.4 motor. Today, the tranny started pouring fluid out from the inspection plug. Vehicle was drivable and only noticed it after stopping at the store.

Any clue as to what I should be looking at? I've heard ideas such as front seal and converter drain, but.......

Vehicle has about 88,000 miles on it and the tranny has not been serviced to our knowledge

Thanks!

these no longer have a convertor drain plug and its more than likely front pump seal check to make sure when the trans is removed and inspected the convertor hub is looked at as well for damaged
