Oh! trans problems

Hello everyone!! New member! Really a great site! Ok so i bought this truck with knowing it needed work. 2000 f 150 4x4 5.4l. Now the shifter on the dash when it is in park...park is really reverse on the dash. So would that be an issue where the shift linkage hooks up next to the trans? And the od switch does not turn on or off. And the truck will not go into over drive. And it is showing codes p0750 which is shift solenoid a and code p0755 which is shift solenoid b...ugh and it is showing p0743 tourqe converter clutch circut electric? Now i am handy with these trucks...this is my 2nd one. But can anyone help me on locations of these solenoids? Are they in the pan? And where is the tourque converter circut electric? Thanks for any help you can give!

yes these are in the pan the indicator more than likely is broke i think may be electrical concerns check the harness from the trans up to pcm just unlikely that all three of these would have a problem also there is a in the pan hardshell harness as well

shift solenoids are in the transmission and are part of the valve body electronics.

as for your shifter linkage, try this
https://www.f150online.com/forums/ar...inter-fix.html

There is also a writeup some where around here on how to fix the white bracket if yours is broken
