Long story short went muddin, and one of the many things i messed up, the truck wouldnt move, hopfully its just the brakes locked or something, but i got reverse, it acts like it will go forward but it dont cause of the brakes i think, i took a gander at the drive shaft and i was able to turn it by hand, anyways i took it off, but before i did tried 4h 4l and 2w and they all seemed to get in good, but my question is why could i be able to turn the drive shaft by hand? i had changed the engine oil befor we went, but didnt change the tranny oil but it looked good.

possibly your transfer case, had same issue, turned out to be transmission.
