drive shaft......

Is the driveshaft a solid construction.....or is it hollow? When I spin the wheels (while on jacks) I can hear a rattle noise and it sounds like its coming from the drive shaft. Could it be that something is loose or apart inside the driveshaft?

They "seem" fine there doesn't seem to be any play there. It is just really weird, the sound is like a clicking that seems to be coming from the shaft or the differential.

All the shafts we supply from PST are hollow tubing unless specifically requested to be foam filled.

Thanks & Have a Great Day,
