Ford F150 Tranny

Can I replace a E40D tranny with a 4r70W tranny? I have a 94 Ford F150 auto, 4.9L, 4x4.

Not very easily. Aside from the things that need to be adapted to make it fit the wiring and computer problems are going to be a nightmare.
