any body notice a little jerk?

hey guys question, so i though it was nothing but, so when im sitting a stop lights, my car kinda jerks a little and feel like little bumps when your just sittng there, not exactly sure what that is??, any answer is it normal?

2004 newermodel f150 regular cab 4x4

Possibly a low grade misfire that will progressively get worse and show what cylinder it is. A new COP [coil over plug] should fix it.

I thought you were talking about something else and I was going to tell you that he hasn't posted for a few days. LOL

My truck is a 2001 with the 5.4 and it does this too. I haven't found the issue yet. I know it isn't right, but it's been doing it for a long time. Hasn't gotten worse and no other symptoms. So with that I haven't had a lot of initiative to look for it too hard...
Yet

Oh, I replaced about half the cops and all the spark plugs for a different problem and it changed nothing in relation to this. Maybe I should change the other half.

Haha!

You know my mom's '98 Expedition 4x4 5.4L did that too... I don't know what it was, I think we took it to the mechanic and he fixed it... But I don't think it's uncommon.
