Just did a 4R100 swap. Am I missing anything here?

Its a 2000 Harley that we swapped a Lightning motor and trans into. We used the engine harness, trans harness and Lightning computer. Engine runs great, but I have no drive in the drive range. I can get 1st or 2nd if I shift it manually. Do I need to swap the engine compartment harness or add any wires? Actually wiring diagrams would be a big help so I can compare. I need the 2000 F150 with the 4R70W and the Lightning. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. TIA!

Sounds dumb but is it a linkage issue that needs adjustment?

There is 3 wires missing in the dash harness that controls the auto shifts.
What my tuner did was re-pin the computer and trany plugs and run the 3 wires so we didn't have to swap that harness.
He did the work so I cant explain it much better.
He could probably help you if you call him at work tomorrow and tell him Phil said to call.

We had the same problem last year when he put my 4R100 in.

Well after pouring over the wiring diagrams it turned out that there was nothing missing from the harness. What was missing was the fuse in the under hood fuse box for the powertrain control. It was already wired for it and simply needed a fuse installed to power up the shift solenoids in the 4R100. Problem solved. Thanks to all of those who responded. We sincerely appreciate it.

Phil,
We were totally over thinking it. We compared the original 4R70W trans harness connector to the one for the 4R100 and there are 3 more wires on the one for the 4R100. But this particular truck was already wired to accept them. We were actually amazed that it was just the lack of a fuse.
Oh, we finally were able to test drive it and it is SCARY fast!
