tranny shudder and bump

i have a slight shudder when trying to shift out of O/D, and when i slow down to take a corner then get back on the gas a little I get a bump. not sure what it is, can anyone help?

Are you running a tuner? If not you might want to consider changing the trans fluid and filter.
