What torque convertor do I need?

I have a 2000 F150 that is soon to have the lightning supercharger swap. I am rebuilding my 4R70W to handle to increase in power. What torque convertor do I need? My rear end ratio is 3.73:1 with a trak lok differential and the tire size is a 305/40/R22. The truck will be used as a daily driver and as a tow vehicle on a limited basis.

Thanks
Eric

If you want an oem converter I would suggest one of the late 4r75 units they are furnace brazed, but they also used the smaller clutch. No OEM clutch is really up to the task anyway that is part of why ford put 4r100's in the L's

No, I was thinking of a TCI or B&M torque convertor. Im pretty sure a stock one wouldn't hold up to the power I'll be making.

I wouldn't suggest anything TCI or B&M. The best names used for these transmissions when it comes to converters are either Precision Industries, The ones built by me or Circle D. I'm not fond of the precision setup for a truck because they don't suggest towing. I'm sure Chris at Circle D and I are the only people who will build specifically for the application. To me a truck that can't tow is nothing more than a highly inefficient gasoline disposal system.

I would need more information about the truck to make that suggestion.
