drain torque converter (help)

I want to drain my transmission fluid (99 f150) and also found out there is about a gallon more in the torque converter.
What kind of tool or wrench do I need to pull the plug and drain that too.
Thank's Joe

18mm ratchet to turn the crank and a 7/16 socket to remove the plug.

put the transmission in Neutral. get a big flat blade screw driver and pry the converter over till u get to the drain plug. unplug the injectors. and crank the motor till the drain plug is at the bottom.

Put 5 quarts in the transmission. Start the engine and immediately add the other 7.
