Manual transmission for 92-96 F150 4x4

I was wondering what manual transmission was put into the 92-96 F150 4 wheel drives. I have a great deal on a 93 that is 4 wheel drive, but its got an auto in it. I would like to convert it to manual. Thanks.

The Mazda M5OD was the most common trans put into the 150's. Great tranny, very reliable and few issues. Came in both 2wd and 4wd trucks.

'88-'96 with the 300 and 302 got the Mazda M5OD-R2 five speed standard.

'92 was optional with the four speed T-18 granny low however.
