needle on column slipped down
On my dash in the drive tree P R N D 2 1 the need slipped and now park is R, reverse is N and so on. Anyone know how to fix it or i am screwed and have to live with it? i have 99 f150

Look thru these pics & their captions. You'll probably have to replace the little cable, if not the whole shift indicator assembly. It's not difficult or expensive.
