Hi i have a 1995 F-150 4x4 with a 5.8L 351 and E4OD transmission. My E4OD is blown up and i was wondering if i could swap it out for a C6. I was wondering if it would affect the computer or not if i were to do this swap. Is there anything that would change, or would anything not line up? also i was wondering if i could put a manual in it, and would this be to hard to do or not even with a donor truck? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The computer will set all the codes for the automatic, but won't effect engine operation with either a C6 or stick.
