replace a 4r70w tranny?

I have a 2002 f150 5.4 with the 4r70w. the tranny worked fine with stock tires but after i lifted it the tranny went down the drain. i know have 35's. Wondering if it would be smart to build it up or try and find a already built 4r70w.Also would a monster box 4r100 or aod4e work in it(sorry if misspelled but you catch my drift)?

You only want another 4R70W. Any other trans is going to be VERY difficult to install and make it work.

FactoryTech also makes a 4R70W Monsterbox.

monster box 4r70

get the 4r70 monster box. I haven't heard a complaint yet (except for the guys who are making insane amounts of power and they'll fry any automatic without a manual valve body)

just my $0.02
