Sucks nursing a trans- I still don't know whats up with mine - Forwad clutch and spun the stator or converter shutter, Amsoiled , a little 140/90 and dr tranny . It still heats up enough to shudder at take off very little tho. I found a used one in the next town for $800 , but idunno - hard decision to make.

Good Luck with it , hope you make it - It's not your daily driver though , I doubt you'll go the 60 before you do something with it.

yeh it is my DD. so kinda sux.

fawk...

i was suppose to get my tranny back from the guy this morning but he never showed and no one can get ahold of him hes not answering either of his cell phones and hes not at home. they heard rumors that he was skipping town and going to conneticut with a truck driver to go winter skiing. so im pissed off that he might have hawked my tranny for money to spend on this trip. he told me last night it was together and test and ready to go. but no word back from the focher... so all together hes got about $2300 of my stuff. im trying to keep calm..

update i did finally get it shortly after lunch havent gotten the old parts back yet but seems like he got the job done. but i think he lost his job with the place next door where he works for caling in bogus sick days for the past 2 weeks. but i only paid him half which is just enough for what he had invested in the case and new pump. so hell get his money when i get my old parts back.

Holy Crap!!! Here when you think your getting a great deal and he pulls the rug out!! Must of just had personal probs - hope you get stuff - I would loose it, which hasn't always been to my advantage , well , 20% of the time anyway lol.

I would go get it myself - could get in trouble that way , but I wouldn't care at the moment..

So , not telling U 2 - wouldn't want to have to bail you out Fast

Mannn, to bad I didn't know you needed one , last month I came across a guy who had 4 or 5 new ones from the the factory , I needed an E4OD - he had the 70's for 7 or 8 hundred a piece. Those wont work on mine , he even had 4WD units .. That freakin sucked and I can't find him now , but I'll keep looking.

found out what it was.. drained the pan and removed it found that he didnt install the EPC bracket that holds it in the valve body. so its only direvting fluid for 2nd gear. so hopefully i can find this bastard who rebuilt it or get one from a friend so i can get it driving
