keep overdrive off

Why turn off overdrive?

I have been wondering about this for a little while. Unless you are climbing a hill or something, what does it hurt to have O/D on while driving around town? Is there an MPG or HP issue?

Just another noob question

it has to kick out of overdrive to much. it dont save that much gas. thats got my opinion
