something like that i would have a professional do. ive down a number of fluid and filter changes on my cars, but something like that,these trannys today are so complex,all that electronic stuff etc..dont want to end up blowing the thing
I've a kit sitting in the garage awaiting installation, and I'll be doing it myself. It really doesn't seem that involved.

I put one in myself. I have basic tools and wasn't used to doing anything more than oil changes. It was fairly easy, a bit messy, and definately nothing to be scared of. I'm sure you will have instructions. Just use common sense, follow the directions, and take your time.
The only thing I needed was a torque wrench that I bought from Sears, then returned after the job.
