'95 Trans swap problem

I swapped out my '95 5.8 F150 E40D for a 5 speed . All works fine except I can't start the truck unless I leave the MLPS hooked up to the wiring harness from the automatic. I leave it the park position and then the clutch switch works as it should. Remove the MLPS and nothing. I even swaped out the ECM for a 5.8 5 speed unit. No difference. I tried jumping the wires, no luck. I would like to remove the auto's wiring harness but I can't until I rectify this problem. It's not a big deal, but the motor slightly revs when the clutch is depressed simlarly to when you go from D to P. It's more of an annoyance than a problem.

One more, is having my 110,000 mile fuel injectors cleaned and rebuilt worth the effort? Or, should I eat the cost and buy new injectors? The latter is quite expensive.

Jumper pins 3 & 4 of C103. The manual harness should have this jumper. RED/LT BLUE wire. C103 is located onthe fenderwell under the master cyclinder. Square connector, one black, one gray, with 16 pins in a 4 X 4 arrangement.

The TR sensor does this when in P or N.
