4R70W BUILT tansmission problem

I swapped my truck over from the M5OD to a built 4r70w auto.I installed a 3000 stall PI multi disc converter, racing clutches,Kolene steels ect.I put roughly 60 miles on it and everything felt great, temps stayed between 135-150.I got it tuned for bigger injectors and higher shift points..drove it home and it was fine.Went to town this morning and got on it a few times, again felt real good.It would light the tires up in the top of 2nd.Drove it around for roughly 5 min after getting on it and noticed the temps were up to about 160 and when I came to a stop light and went to take off again, the truck would rev HIGHER then usualy before it would move.So I thought crap better get it home.Only about 8 min away.By the time I got home my tranny temps were nearing the 180 mark. Now when I put it in reverse or drive, I dont feel the little "jerk" that was there when it goes into gear, and like I said it revs up higher then it did yesterday before moving. And it seems to be alright in 2nd and 3rd gear.Just from the initial take off.Any ideas?

it sounds like a fluid leak. but a slow one. i had a quick one before and i had to rev the crap out of it just to get off the street and into a parkin lot. i popped the hood and checked my dry dipstick as smoke poured out of the dipstick tube.

I drop'd it off to my builder and he drove it to see what he thought. He is thinking either the seals on the stator are blown/leaking or it smoked hte forwards clutches. If it smoked hte forward clutches, the truck wouldnt move in 2nd or 3rd would it?It seems to move fine once it is out of 1st gear or reverse. Its only when trying to move the truck from a stop.
