Will a 4r70w hold up to a supercharger for long ,, or do i need to change or upgrade it ,,, thanks

If you regularly FLUSH the fluid, use a good MerconV, (I use Mobil 1 synthetic) you should not experience any problems or loss of longevity if you drive sensibly. I also have a Factory Tech valve body. I think they only offer the plate now. It gives a good firm shift and prevents heat and wear. On the subject of heat, you might also want to add an active trans cooler (Mike Troyers is a Derale cooler and the best available)
I just noticed you have the factory tech plate.
You should be good to go.
