What is the easiest way to get to and change the slave cylander? my son does not have a clue, F150 1992

 

from what I understand you have to drop the transmission. Most people service the slave cylinder and the clutch at the same time because of that.

To do a slave cylinder the tranny comes out. How do you know your slave failed?

Edit: I see your other post. You can keep posting in one thread to avoid confusion. By any chance is the truck 4x4?
